Shipping and Return Policies

Cancellation:

If your order is canceled or un-delivered to your delivery location, we will refund the complete order amount including delivery charges. If you cancel part of the order, delivery charges will not be refunded

Shipping

Our commitment is to ensure that all products are delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The production process usually takes about 2-3 days, while delivery time for all orders typically ranges from 3-5 days. For more information about our returns and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange:

Products which are eligible for a return, exchange or both have the same mention on the product page under ‘Shipping Information’ tab. 

  • No exchange, No Return, No Refund, on dislike basis. We try to give our best, but every customer’s taste and preference is different.
  • The shipping charges cover the cost of packing, handling, and shipping your order. Once your order has been shipped, these costs cannot be recouped.
  • Customized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • All products under 999/- are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products in bigger Sizes are made on order and for final sale. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Slightly color varies or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer display settings.
  • Small issues like thread come out. Removable stain or spot, open stitching not considered in damage.
  • No return for products which are not delivered on time because of heavy courier rush or any unavoidable issue.
  • The returns and exchange policy is of 7 days from the product is delivered, contact us within this period for the same. 
  • If you need to exchange a product due to size or style issues, please send the item back to us and provide the tracking number. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange. Please note that a fee of INR 199 will be applicable for to-and-from shipping . Please ensure to get authorization for any return or exchange before sending the product back. Any exchange or replacement outfits will be shipped only once the earlier products are delivered back to us and checked by our QC team.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • 360 degree unboxing parcel video is mandatory for all. It is required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item Issue and it must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • You can opt for an exchange only when you’re facing size issues.
